Clearance

 The decreased overall height of the AA17 sample mount provides additional clearance needed for the short working distance in a SEM chamber.

AA13 Teflon blocks are drop in replacements for Technology Associates P/N 1013.  These Teflon blocks are quaranteed to fit perfectly in Technology Associates polishing fixture P/N 5016.
